HAEFELY's coupling/decoupling FP-COMB 32 network is fully compliant with the standard requirements of IEC/EN 61000-4-4, IEC/EN 61000-4-5, IEC/EN 61000-4-12, as well as testing to meet the overvoltage requirements of ANSI/IEEE C62.41 and others. It has been designed to allow the user to efficiently set up and perform tests together with the expandable immunity test systems of the AXOS series - AXOS 5 and AXOS 8 - in one compact system.

The CDN FP-COMB 32 is a 3-phase coupling/decoupling network that fulfills various standard requirements. These include the Surge Combination Wave, 1.2/50 µs - 8/20 µs, the Ring Wave with 100 kHz, the 7 kV pulse voltage for Surge Combination Wave and Ring Wave, as well as the 5 kV pulse voltage for EFT/Burst

The coupling/decoupling network FP-COMB 32 is one of the few devices that integrates the IEC / EN 61000-4-12 and ANSI C62.41 & C62.45 standards into one device as standard. With most devices, these must be purchased as an option.

The coupling network is controlled by the expandable AXOS 5 or AXOS 8 immunity test system. The CDN automatically changes the coupling paths, phase angles and source impedance based on test parameters set by the user via the AXOS controller – depending on the standard and coupling mode.

The CDN FP-COMB 32 meets the highest requirements and guarantees user-friendly handling:

  • Easy to operate - The integrated LEDs indicate which mode and path is active.
  • Automatic - The surge impedance is selected automatically.
  • Remote controlled - It can be fully remote controlled via the AXOS 5 / AXOS 8.
