The new AXOS 8 compact test system from HAEFELY combines the advantages of standalone test systems in a single economical solution. This allows fast and fully automated testing to the most common IEC, EN, ANSI, IEEE and UL standards, such as 5 kV EFT/Burst, 7 kV Combination Wave (1.2/50 µs & 8/20 µs), AC/DC Dips & Interrupts (with DIP 116), Telecom Wave (10/700 µs, with TW8), 7 kV Ring Wave and Pulsed Magnetic Fields (with MSURGE-A). This test system includes an integrated 1-phase coupling filter up to 16 A.

The AXOS 8 test system can be controlled locally via touch screen or via remote control (optional) from a PC. The simple menu navigation and predefined tests allow efficient testing, even for less experienced users. Various additional functions such as external start/stop allow automated integration into customer-specific applications.

Integrated manual and automated test modes ensure simple and intuitive operation via the touchscreen interface. Optional softwaresolutions further enhance the system’s capabilities.

The Reporting Software enables the automatic generation of test reports, while the Remote Control Software allows AXOS devices to be operated remotely via WLAN or Ethernet. Users can conveniently access and control the devices from a standard PC, tablet, or smartphone.

In addition, software-assisted test preparation, predefined test routines, and visually guided test setups significantly reduce the time and effort required for testing.
