Benny, the comfort bear - Little Patients in Need e.V.

Children are the most sensitive patients, and a comfort bear can often have a greater impact than one might think. That is why we at Schlöder GmbH have supported the association Kleine Patienten in Not e. V. (Little Patients in Need) with these bears this year.

Benny, the comfort bear, is given to children who have suffered a traumatic experience, such as an accident, and is mainly used in children's hospitals or ambulances. In such upsetting situations, the bear helps the young accident victims get through the pain and initial shock until their parents or other caregivers can be there for them.

In order to also support regional charitable projects, we have decided to support this “Trost spenden” (Giving Comfort) campaign by the “Kleine Patienten in Not e. V.” association. As part of this initiative, we have donated numerous comfort bears, which have been distributed in the Augsburg area.

Benny: Each bear is CE-certified, free of harmful substances, and hygienically packaged.

The association Kleine Patienten in Not e. V.  (Little Patients in Need)  is committed to ensuring that children in emergency situations receive child-friendly care and support. The association also educates parents and rescue personnel on how to respond in emergency situations.
