HAEFELY's Coupling/Decoupling Network is designed to allow the user to efficiently set up and perform tests together with the AXOS series of expandable immunity test systems in one compact system.

The CDN is a 3-phase coupling/decoupling network that is fully compliant with the standard requirements of IEC/EN 61000-4-4, IEC/EN 61000-4-5, IEC/EN 61000-4-12 and tests to meet the surge requirements of ANSI/IEEE C62.41 and others.

The standard requirements include the Surge Combination Wave, 1.2/50 µs - 8/20 µs, the Ring Wave with 100 kHz, the 5 kV pulse voltage for Surge Combination Wave and Ring Wave, as well as the 5 kV pulse voltage for EFT/Burst.

Compared to other devices, the CDN FP-COMB 63/690-1 is one of the few systems that integrates the IEC / EN 61000-4-12 and ANSI C62.41 & C62.45 standards as standard in one device. With most devices, these must be purchased as an option.

The FP-COMB 63/690-1 is controlled by the expandable AXOS 5 or AXOS 8 immunity test system and automatically changes the coupling paths, phase angle and source impedance based on the test parameters set by the user via the AXOS controllers depending on the standard and coupling mode. 

With a mains voltage of 690 V AC (phase - phase) / DC and 63 A EUT current per phase (depending on voltage and frequency), the CDN meets the highest requirements.
